I have nothing interesting to blog about. But blogging is a must.hehe so lemme show you the things that happened lately.

A colleague went to Kelantan during school holidays and bought this for Baby A. Thank you Auntie!!!!

A gift from hubby to ever-backache-wife. hehehe use this to support my back when sitting on the couch. Even my family members enjoy this 'benda aneh'. Yea I call it 'benda aneh'.hahahaha

Camera for Travelling

So I spent the day searching, googling the best compact camera for our trip next year. I use both languages i.e. English and Malay because I needed to understand the functions of the cameras. For someone who buys things according to cuteness rather than functions, I need the best guide.hahaha

So, I googled in BM and Auto filler showed:

I was like........whatttttttttttt???

But seriously guys, what's the best camera for Travelling? I'm tired of using phone camera because of its low quality. Paying so much for the trip but crappy picture quality??

Hen

From the past 2 weeks, we have been getting free eggs from our neighbour's hen, EVERYDAY!. With his permission, we are allowed to collect and cook the eggs. The hen has chosen our shoe rack as her nesting place. My parents did everything they could to disturb the 'comfy' nest so that the hen would choose other place but the attempts were to no avail. The reason we tried to chase her out was mainly because sometimes the eggs would roll and fell off the rack and mom had to wash and clean the mess. Anyhoo, freshly-laid kampung eggs yawww!

I took this picture last week. She was there, nesting the eggs. Unfortunately, we have taken the eggs but she was still there, waiting for her baby to crack open the shell and chirp. I did ask mom why she's still there and mom answered, it's her nature.

Right now, at the moment of typing, the hen is still there, sitting quietly at the corner and perhaps praying for her chicks' safety. It makes me sad. The eggs are still in our fridge. I hope she will not wake up one day and realise that the eggs are not there. That would be so sad.

Since I posted about whining, err...banyak pula yang terasa.

My first felt craft! eh car!! =)

I was looking for something to do during holidays. First I thought about baking, hence I joined the cupcake class 2months ago. However, I forgot that the members in my house are not fans of sweet thang. I baked a chocolate cake last time and I ended up eating it alone. Mak and Abah tak sukeee....

So last week I decided to order Felt Starter Kit from this blog: Love The Buttons. Actually the owner was my school friend and room mate when I was in Form 5. I ordered the things on Friday and got the item on Saturday. Super fast!

Felt Starter Kit for Beginner

I fell in love with felt craft after looking at my senior's craft, Kak Asay. She's doing business too using felt fabric. Check her fb out! Or search for 'Asay Craft' on Fb.

Anyhoo, I didnt have time to start with this new project as I was busy editing mum's slides. Since she's paying. cannot do cincai la..hehe...anyhoo, I started with all the searching for ideas, tutorials since yesterday as I completed mom's on Friday. Only today, in the afternoon I got the chance to start.

I even rearranged the furniture in my room, to make some space for my new work place. muehehehehhehe

After lunch, I had too many ideas to start from: flowers, owl, love, animals etc that got my mind a bit confused. So I asked B what design should I start first and he suggested, Car. I quickly googled and found many ideas for cute felt car =)

The process was simple but I dont have artistic hands so my template for the car a bit uneven =.='. Not just that, I am an amateur at sewing so I took a long time. But hey, I learned a new technique of stitching, Blanket Stitch!!! Here's the tutorial if you wanna try yourself. Another problem was to mix and match which color. Mixing and matching color is one of the key for cute felt craft. I'm not good with color combination. But I choose something that MIGHT be my wedding theme =p
