Resepi Ketam Goreng Cili

Last night Mom told me to cook the crabs in the fridge. It's been few days since we bought them. And today my belly did not feel for Ketam Masak Lemak so I chose to try a new recipe. FYI, as fas as I remembered, crabs in my house have never been cook in different way except Masak Lemak.  =D

Lets share the ingredients first.

• 1KG crabs. These were small sizes.
• Dried chillis + onions + garlic + belachann = blended
• Air asam
• Chilly sauce
• Oyster sauce
• Salt
• Sugar
• Turmeric powder

Now let's go for the steps:

1. Marinate the crabs with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt.
2. Fried them.
3. Blended stuff = saute till smell raise (naik bau) miahahahahahahahahhahahahah
4. Throw in all the sauces.
5. If you like, can add an egg. (I did)
6. Salt and sugar.
7. Lastly, throw in the fried crabs.
8. Done!!!

Blossomed

I am not a fan of flowers. But the other day i got 4 bouquets of roses from family. Mom later arranged all the flowers in a glass jug. Yes a jug! Haha

Anyhoo last night all the flowers blossomed melting my heart. I cannot believe I say this but pink roses are really beautiful :-)

Post Graduation

Now for post graduation time.

Yesterday I left Umar's house pretty early to run errands at UKM - returning the robe, getting the scroll, collecting pictures. Phew. But I dowanna talk about that.

I lerbbbbbbb my baju. Chiffon with swarovski crystals. Piece of cloth from engagement gift I made into modern baju kurung. Not gonna wear it again coz sooo sayang. Scared I will spoil it.hehe 

Ouchhhhhhhh. I didnt know they did this to all the soft toys. Ouchhhhh!!!!!!!

I took the picture in the afternoon. Later that night, all the flowers blossomed. Vewyyyy pwettty!

Abah didnt smile for the camera. But because of the balloon. He tried to make fun of me. Ciss!

The reason for this picture is I was making 360' turn looking for the balloon. I tot I lost it when the rest laughed at me. The thread tersangkut at one of the flowers. ish~

But I lost sight of my friends and didnt get to take group pictures with them. And no pose baling topi konvo too =(

But but apart from that, I was soooooo happy yesterday. In fact the happiest in this few months. After all the mumbo jumbo, we went to Fariz for makan-makan. B blended well with my family, my family treated him well too. Annnnddddd the best part is my parents addressed themselves as 'Mak' , 'Abah' and 'Umi' when they spoke to him. miahahahahahahah

Spelling errors

I love my phone. It allows me to update my blog anytime provided i can find free wireless anywhere. Yeaaa i'm yet to subscribe to internet package,waiting till i get a job.haha

Anyhoo, the downside of the convenience is that spelling errors are unavoidable. Most of the time I didnt notice then till i log in using laptop, which has bigger viewing pleasure.

So pardon me lovelies because is not that i dunno how to spell, but the blindspot of my eyes =D.

P/s i have proof read my thesis thousands of time and still when it was sent to my super, many typos were detected.

Reminiscing the time I went crazy with the write ups reading juniors whining on FB about finding topics bla bla. Aahhh great times back then.

7 wonders of the World. Eh?

Today is the day!

The arrows indicate where it all started. From a simple question:

"Pul, ko anak tunggal ka?"

leads to 7 years of journey. =D

Yeah we never spoke at all,  before the dialogue and he sat right behind me.

Yess the guy who's pointing at the camera is him. This was taken few days before SPM. We've just started dating and we still kept it a secret back then. Hence, not a single picture of us together.

He will by flying from Bintulu tomorrow night. Yess he's coming for my convocation day =))))))

And we get to celebrate our anniversary which is makaning at Fariz jahh. After we both burned holes in our pockets paying for flight tickets, the theme for the anniversary isssss Budget is Cool. hahahahaha
