Resepi Ketam Goreng Cili

Last night Mom told me to cook the crabs in the fridge. It's been few days since we bought them. And today my belly did not feel for Ketam Masak Lemak so I chose to try a new recipe. FYI, as fas as I remembered, crabs in my house have never been cook in different way except Masak Lemak.  =D

Lets share the ingredients first.

  • 1KG crabs. These were small sizes.
  • Dried chillis + onions + garlic + belachann = blended
  • Air asam
  • Chilly sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Turmeric powder

Now let's go for the steps:

  1. Marinate the crabs with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Fried them.
  3. Blended stuff = saute till smell raise (naik bau) miahahahahahahahahhahahahah
  4. Throw in all the sauces.
  5. If you like, can add an egg. (I did)
  6. Salt and sugar.
  7. Lastly, throw in the fried crabs.
  8. Done!!!

I never knew fried crabs taste very gooodddd!
